Hace unos meses, y no sin cierto recelo, cedí amablemente mi modelo de la moto de Kaneda a una empresa californiana porque me dijeron que estaban muy interesados en disponer de él para un corto que querían rodar.
La verdad es que me dieron muy buena impresión y me parecieron muy serios y apasionados por el tema (no como otros que me han pedido lo mismo y que no me dieron muy buena espina, que digamos), de modo que se lo cedí y la adaptaron para su propósito.
Me han escrito para decirme que acaban de abrir el blog de la producción y que el corto se grabará este año. Han abierto también una página para financiar el proyecto, pero se grabará con, o sin dinero.

Some months ago, a guy from a canadian film company asked me to let him use my model of the Kaneda bike from Akira in order to use it in a short film he was committed to film with his team.
The truth is that I liked the team a lot and found they were so serious and passioned about the short, that I share the model with them.
They sent me the link to the official poster of the short film, the result is pretty solid and my bike looks cool:
They have started an indiegogo page to find some finance, but they told me tha short film will be shot either they have money or not :)
